Photo: wu yiPASAY — Pet Express will hold its annual Dog & Cat Expo on July 17 to 19, 2026 at Halls 3 and 4 of the SMX Convention Center Manila, with free admission for both humans and pets for the whole three-day run.
Now a fixture of the July calendar, the expo is the retail chain's biggest event of the year — two halls of food, treat, and accessory brands running expo-exclusive bundles, plus live grooming and styling demonstrations, veterinary consult corners, and daily stage programming.
New for 2026 is an expanded adoption row, produced with partner shelters including the Philippine Animal Welfare Society. On-site screening will be available for qualified adopters, and the chain will match a portion of expo sales as donations to partner shelters.
Pet Express Advantage Card members get a dedicated fast-lane entrance and a stamp-card promo redeemable at participating booths. Sign-ups will be available at the venue.
Pets are welcome throughout the halls — leashed, in carriers, or in strollers — with updated vaccination cards checked at the dedicated pet registration lane. Organizers advise arriving before 10 a.m. on Saturday, historically the expo's busiest day.
The Dog & Cat Expo drew shoulder-to-shoulder crowds in its last edition, and with the Philippine pet care market projected to reach US$681 million by 2029, exhibitor demand this year filled both halls months in advance.
